COOKING Lesson at "PALAZZO"

This experience couples the opportunity to enter a private introduced in an aristocratic roman Palazzo with the possibility to learn to cook some of  the most renowned roman specialities.  Entering the  Saloni della Principessa, a jewel of the Gilded Age located in the the summit of the Esquiline Hill,  is like traveling back in time rediscovering the splendors of late nineteenth-century European courts.  In these historical surroundings, guests will encounter our food expert, and start the cooking class session based on the typical Roman recipes: three delicious pasta dishes – Carbonara, Gricia and Amatriciana - and the quintessential of Italian dessert: the tiramisù!  A joyful lunch of the delicious menu prepared together, accompanied by a selection of the typical Roman wines, will be held in the beautiful dining room of the Palazzo.

The experience will be private and hosted by the owner of the Palazzo and our local food expert. Guests will be able to take back the recipes in order to experience them at home.
