A stone's throw from the Colosseum, an ancient “rione” that preserves the true atmosphere of the old Rome.
Discovering one of the oldest districts of the city, today a trendy place among the liveliest of Rome, the Rione Monti preserves the history and the echoes of ancient Suburra and retains the charm of a village nestled in the metropolis.
Along narrow streets out of time, between climbs, descents and splendid stairways, the walking of about three hours will reveal places and works of art of absolute value, churches - a private visit to the Angelicum is part of this tour - and charming artisan shops.
The experience will be private and hosted by an art historian guide. A relaxed gourmand roman food tasting will be offered following the season and the time of the tour.
