The secluded side of Rome: from the island nestled in the Tiber river discovering the ancient Roman Port of Trastevere.
This leisurely charming walk is designed to introduce the guests to the hidden gems of the dense historical Trastevere neighborhood facing the Isola Tiberina.
Crossing one the most antique bridges of Rome to reach the Isola Tiberina, you will face the ancient area of the Port Ripa Grande. From there the walk will reach hidden churches, magnificent basilicas and secret alleys to discover the profound relationship between the city and its river.
The experience will be private and hosted by an art historian guide. A relaxed gourmand roman food tasting to the Antica Biscotteria Innocenzi (one of the oldest biscuits laboratory in town) will be offered.
